PSQ via Accurx
The are multiple tools available to convert the PSQ form from the HEE MSK Roadmap. For the purpose of this example a google form is utilized. An example that can be shared upon request is available here
Please ensure that regardless of the tool utilized it reflects the PSQ on the HEE roadmap
Login to Accurx on your desktop
Access the toolbar settings
A new window will open on the browser of your preference
Scroll to the manage templates section
Select Create new template
Copy the link from your e-form
Add the link & text of preference and save
The form will appear on your list and your Accurx Toolbar
All set to send!
