Import patient list
1. Access the vaccination list on Accurx
Under the COVID-19 Vaccine section select "Booked List"
2. Export List on Accurx as CSV file
You do not need to make any changes
3. Open SystmOne and select Ad Hoc Patient List from the Reporting dropdown
4. Import CSV File
Select Relevant CSV
The list will be populated by only YOUR registered patients. If you have invited patients registered elsewhere, they will not be included in this list but it will tell you their NHS numbers.
You will be notified about NHS numbers that DO NOT belong to your organisation.
5. Insert Read Code
Press "Select All" and Add Read Code
Or manually select and right click - actions "Add Reed Code"
