Florey Questionnaires
Accurx has introduced a series of Florey quesionnaires to assist with management of chronic disease monitoring e.g. asthma, flu vaccinations invites (with ability to decline/ declare if received elsewhere) and data gathering e.g. BMI, alcohol consumption etc. Knowledge is assumed for basic use of Accurx, more information on this is here
