After downloading the Okta verify app on your phone launch it and scan this QR code to activate

Sign in
There are several ways to 'sign in to your VPN'.
Remember that your computer will need to download the CITRIX GATEWAY PLUG-IN if not already installed.
The screen shots below are after you have completed the CITRIX GATEWAY PLUG-IN installs.
Website
When you enter your user name, it will present you with your chosen security picture when you created your account!

This is after a successful sign in to the website. click here to launch your VPN!
Then click on this and your VPN will log in.
Citrix Gateway Plug-in
You can initiate your VPN via "System Tray", also known as the "Notification Area" or part of the "Taskbar"
When you enter your user name, it will present you with your chosen security picture when you created your account!
You can choose how to authenticate - either via the App on the phone for via SMS.
The rest of the guide is using the App, rather than SMS.
