Countersigning Consultations
When trainees or those recently starting carry out consultations, the consultations automatically generate a task for review.

How to set up a staff member who needs supervision or review. This would suit trainees or new members of staff in their induction period.

How to countersign consultations
You can action it by either:
- Click on the arrow button
- Right mouse click on the task, and select action from the menu
- You may wish to check the whole record, in which case retrieve the record
