Accurx has created a template to assist with monitoring of patients that have symptoms of COVID-19

You can add repeat dates to monitor symptoms over a period of time or can schedule the message after a consultation

Depending on the clinical system this will direct you the relevant clinical record and the responses will be auto-filled. You will need to select save on the clinical system.
