SystmOne Covid Risk
Following from both NHS Digital, NHS England and TPP guidance for high risk patients, this guide and resource has been created to help streamline validation of patients in the high risk code, and for reviewing of patients who potentially need to be coded for high risk.
I suggest that after following this guide :
- Seek your list of patients provided by TPP
- Add all your patients to a waiting list to work through by your team.

Apologies - I've been informed the previous files could not be downloaded. Hopefully these zipped files should now work. If not please let me know - I can add it to Dropbox of Google Drive!

Adding to your clinical tree will allow you to easily access the view when you are reviewing patient records ad-hoc. For example those asking for shielding letters, or querying their risk status.

Create these task templates for a streamlined approach for workflow and also to link to this template later!

Fill the details in numbered 1-6. This very much depends on how your practice/ organisation works.
Patient needs to have a copy of the HIGH risk shielding letter please.
