How do I access the service?

One of these:

  • Google Chrome & Safari web browser on a desktop or laptop computer (Windows or Mac), or on an Android tablet or smartphone

  • An iPad or iPhone with the free Attend Anywhere app can be installed

  • Web-camera, speakers and microphone (already built into laptops or mobile devices)

  • A private, well-lit area where you will not be disturbed during the consultation

What connection do I need?

  • A good connection to the internet (If you can watch a YouTube video, you can make a video call). The data used during the call is no the practice’s responsibility.

  • Wi-Fi or a mobile 3.5/4G data service.

Is it secure?

Attend Anywhere video consultations are secure; the users privacy is protected. The user has their own private video room, that only authorised clinicians can enter. Please download our Privacy Notice before joining the call.

How much does a video call cost the service user?

The video call is free (except for internet usage).
