Record Equipment Loan

Select record equipment

Alternatively - right click on the equipment icon and select record equipment

Items on loan will appear with an asterisk next to them (see highlighted example)

Select expected return date

The item will now appear on the equipment list on loan

If patients have access to mobile devices you can record consent via the "Monitoring@home template on Accurx

Don't forget to save the record!

Please remember the referring criteria to the BP@Home project

Do not forget to code if pt has equipment at home of his own, declines monitoring or agrees to participate using the template below

Using F12 access template launcher

Search for Monitoring@Home template

Double click to open template

Select relevant response and press ok
